Designing and implementing a transparent, accurate financial system in accordance with professional accounting standards
Managing internal and external contracts — including employment, procurement, partnerships, and expert engagements
Structuring the human resources system: recruitment, evaluation, promotion, training, and retention of key talent
Budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting to the Board of Directors
Providing logistical and operational support to all teams (procurement, workspace, staff services, office equipment, etc.)
Offering financial advisory to other Workgroups to help shape viable economic and investment strategies
Building infrastructure to attract investors, talent, and collaborators — enabling smart and sustainable organizational growth
