This Workgroup represents the operational execution of a major portion of IHCP’s vision for “integrated and intelligent healthcare.” Its mission and authority are explicitly outlined in the following articles of the company charter:
✅ Provision of health and wellness services through software platforms and medical technologies
✅ Establishment and consultation for clinics and healthcare facilities across various domains
✅ Maintenance and repair of medical and laboratory equipment
✅ Design of digital health systems and the application of technology to optimize healthcare delivery
These clauses emphasize that the Systems Workgroup is the executional core of IHCP’s digital transformation in healthcare — from process design to implementation and support across clinics, hospitals, and health centers.
📡 In accordance with the above charter, this Workgroup is entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Designing and re-engineering clinical and public health workflows, tailored to the real needs of healthcare facilities
Developing modular, cloud-based, and secure Health Information Systems (HIS, EHR, LIS, Appointment Platforms, etc.)
Deploying these systems across various healthcare centers with minimal disruption to ongoing operations
Training local teams and providing 24/7 specialized technical support
Integrating internal systems with national and organizational platforms (such as the national Electronic Health Record system)
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these systems in improving care quality, reducing medical errors, and enhancing operational efficiency
