💬 This Workgroup is tasked with transforming IHCP’s technological and research innovations into measurable social and economic impact through the following missions:
Designing and executing scientific marketing strategies to introduce IHCP's software, platforms, and systems
Direct and representative sales of lab products, kits, medical equipment, and digital platforms
Launching digital marketing campaigns, building a strong brand identity, and ensuring an active presence across social media
Establishing and strengthening communication with specialized audiences — doctors, managers, nurses, students, and organizations
Expanding domestic sales channels and developing export-ready infrastructures across the West Asia region
Recruiting and training sales agents nationwide, and equipping them with localized, practical marketing tools
Collaborating with other Workgroups to tailor promotional packages aligned with each product’s unique features and audience
